• I use 24/7 most of the time and generally they are good. But when I get the phone call to say the taxi has arrived, and it hasn't, actually - that is annoying. The other matter is the phone number that rings which today was 03306350247. Now, I do not answer phone calls that I dont' recognize the number of, so I never pick up. Therefore I do not know that it is in the taxi person. So for two reasons the phone call is pointless & just annoying. I can just as easily look out of my window and see when the car comes. I dont need a phone call with a strange number, nor a inaccurate message! But generally, as I say, this is a good service from 24/7

• What a bunch of idiots! Rang for a taxi to pick up from M5 Frankley Travelodge (every other taxi company knew where it was!!) to go to the black horse Northfield, the woman didn't have a clue! Unhelpful too! Rang back few minutes later, spoke to a guy and asked the same he just hung up! Travelodge has had many complaints regarding this company!! They put us in touch with ELITE RADIO CARS (0800 635 5000) they were there within 5 mins! and picked us all up at the end of the nite.
