Terrible service. Terrible experience. I called as an emergency for a very short trip, 2 minutes from base (I told myself previously I would never use this firm again...I should've listened to my gut). Told 10 minutes for taxi, waited an hour to find the driver had been allocated the job 10 minutes prior to arrival. I'm sure the the usual guys were still on hand to goad and intimidate the teen girls as they walk past. AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!Rating history and distribution
