• Qualitay has got poorer over the last few years used to be nice .chips terrible. Also some of the staff very rude. And not trained in customer service skills .makes want to go there less and less😠

• We have just had fish n chips, a portion of chips and a small carton of gravy and got about 80p change from £10! This is supposed to be a cheap take away meal not a gourmet dinner, won’t be going back there again, way too overpriced . May as well go to Whitby’s fish n chip restaurant and be served at the table.

• Just had to wait for fish n chips.got home and the fish is dried out and looks like it's a day old.very disappointing when looking forward to takeaway

• Why oh why does a fast food chain cook fish on demand .. I mean that all well and good if it tastes nice, the batter is over cooked and inside the fish cold, the chips tasteless , dry and if poor quality and way over priced £4.40 for haddock !! You could get cheaper eating out , I will not be returning
