• Appointment booked for 12.30 today. Went to Counter where two receptionists ignored me and continued their conversation. Finally I spoke over them, told them I had appointment and one walked away to find the Stylist. Neither spoke to me, asked me to wait a moment or showed me to a seat. GREAT START. The Stylist appeared, told me my appointment was 12.00 she had someone else booked in and she finished at one. Showed her my appointment card which CLEARLY said 12.30. She apologised and said there had been an error. Obviously there was - on my part, in looking for a new Hairdresser. Good service costs nothing, bad service can cost a lot!
