We were happy with original work carried out but after paying for repair work to be done have been disappointed with the lack of contact and failure to complete the job. Authentic Driveways don't show up when promised and dont call to let you know whats happening. They have failed to remedy imperfections from the initial work being carried out which they promised to do. We've sent a recorded letter which has been returned via the post office as 'business not at address' - the same address quoted on their letterhead and internet. Maybe you could advise us of your new address for correspondence. Thank you.Rating history and distribution
