• Basically lousy. I have given it one star but it should be ZERO. You cannot talk to anyone at the Holmes Chapel branch by phone as 'they are busy serving their customers'. After a wait of 2 minutes [at 5p per minute] hearing how great they are and apologsing for the wait, you enter your personal details and life hsitory and speak to someone in a call centre in Sunderland. They couldn't confirma cash deposit and suggested I take the paying in slip into the bank. Thanks a lot. In fact I award them minus our stars.
