The manager of this bank in Bloxwich needs to get their act together this happend to my husband today , and its not the first time its everytime he goes in there. Needles to say he will not be going into this branch againI have had an account at this branch for many years and have always found that you have to queue for quite some time before being served, but today they have excelled themselves. It took me 30 minutes to get to a cashier. When I first got into the queue I had a job to actually get into the bank as the queue was right to the door. This hold up was not helped by one of the two cashiers engaging in general chit chat about Christmas shopping, the weather etc with EVERY customer even though the transactions had been finished, I was actually waiting for her to offer them a cup of tea, she even took almost 5 minutes to tell a customer that it took up to 5 days to clear a cheque.
