• From dodgy installations to the engineers basi are without a doubt the worst choice.

• Do your research before you use this not so reputable company and I don't mean trustpilot, that's not a reputable review site either. I am referring to the gas register and confirm before they step into your property that they are what they claim to be. Cards should be displayed round their neck with a gas safe identification number on it.

• Excellent service and installation by BASI GAS. Were recommended to me by a friend. Extremely happy with the engineers polite, on time tidy and professional. My new boiler and radiators I am delighted with.

• Excellent company Very polite did a very good job in converting by system into a unvented more efficient system Thank you and will be using you for all my plumbing heating jobs

• Complaints about the workmanship: a few things left incomplete, a few unexplained dead wires hanging around, and the pipe work seemed excessive, maybe was needed. For some reason in addition to the removal of an electric shower, a bathroom fixture was also removed and we had to purchase and fit another one ourselves Most of our complaint with Basigas centre around the response - we phoned up multiple times and sent many emails asking for a quotation, but no-one got back to us. 3-4 weeks later we got a response after a previous customer phoned a known contact. It was claimed that it was due to us actually wanting to pay for a boiler rather than the government's free boiler scheme that we were missed, but when we later asked for a quotation for further work, they seems not interested in doing the work - no explanation given, just no contact. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them at all.
