• Booked a taxi on 21st May to go to Birmingham Airport on 24th coming back on 1st June at 11.00pm. Rang again on 23rd to make sure everything is fine for the 24th. I was told everything is fine and I was to be picked on 31st May. I told them that I am coming back on 1st June and to make sure to change the information on their system. No problem with my outward journey to the airport. I even wrote the details of my flight,date and time which I gave to the driver to hand in the office. Coming back I received am automated message at 11.15pm to say that the taxi has been dispatched. When we did not hear from the taxi driver l rang the office only to be told that I was supposed to come back on the 31stMay and the taxi was cancelled. After a few phone calls a taxi was eventually dispatched and we got home at 1.30am,2nd June. Really disappointed and frustrated with Beejay taxi since I have used them on numerous times in the past. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I certainly won't use them in future again. Please be warned and think twice before booking them. The one star rating is given because the outward journey was fine.
