• Having already been to other shops we were not impressed with the service here. They were pleasant but not very helpful. They gave very little assistance to my daughter whilst she was getting in and out of the dresses and didn't offer any advice about veils etc. at all or any refreshments. We were not allowed to take photos, which we were able to do in the other shops. A bit strange as a lot of their dresses are online! Whilst we were there, another bridal party came in to try on a dress. In the other shops our appointment was exclusive to us which we thought was a little odd. The shop itself however is lovely and so were most of the dresses. If they could get the customer service right, they'd be onto a winner. A shame.
