• We purchased a car from them about 3mths ago we regret that day !! From the first week the back light not working heating not working window don't work could go on!! Two flat tyres in first two mths was told one tyre was not legal ! How it passed mot don't no !!! We do not recommend this company to anyone !!

• Awful customer service and the don't know basic customers right!!!!!!!!! Do not recommend this dealer!!!!! All 5 star review sound fake!!!! My car appeared to be rubbish after 12hours and they refuse refund I paid Over £7000 Already took some legal advise and will refund my money. If you don't want headache, stay away from them.

• At first I decided not to go to Bluegate after reading the reviews, but after a week I could not find what I needed, so I decided to visit Bluegate because they had the car I wanted and within my budget. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome, I had a look at the car, exactly as described. I had a chat with Danni, felt comfortable and decided to buy. The guy is a good guy, I could see that straight away, he had posh cars, he himself was a posh man, dressed in posh garments. Ever since I have bought this car I have had no problems (touchwood). I have told my friends about his dealership, who will buy from him. Danni thanks once again.

• We have been unable to resolve our significant problems with bluegate after 6 months. Judge the authenticity of the positive reviews for yourself - but if you do decide to purchase read the small print on their contract and you may revise your judgement. Be careful.

• PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They sold me a car that broke down in 6 weeks and when I looked at the receipt (wanted to return the car) they had written that it was a part-change and the car was being sold for spares!!! Disgusting liars! You will be better off buying private. I wouldn't even give them one star but it wouldn't post without me putting on one.

• I can confirm that extreme caution should be used in dealing with this firm. I also have been sold a dud. While any car dealer is entitled to present cars as well as possible, to knowingly sell a car in poor mechanical condition is sharp practice. My own fault of course for not checking more carefully, but no need for you to suffer the same fate.

• I would advise extreme caution dealing with Bluegate cars, and any of the associated businesses in close proximity. My experience mirrors the others that you will find online. As we drove away in our newly acquired car the engine management light came on, and subsequent inspection showed significant pre-existing faults with the engine. The car was advertised with full MOT - and yet a recently failed MOT which demonstrated the fault was withheld and the deception aided by repeat MOT in a centre in the same road as this business. They have systematically avoided their responsibility by: refusing our statutory rights to a refund, not returning calls, or correspondence. They did offer us a vehicle exchange: but did not allow a test drive, delayed an engineer inspection by 3 days (threatening they could sell the car in-between as he wouldn't take it from sale). Then they finally sabotaged the deal while the engineer was in transit incurring further costs to ourselves. I am happy to be contacted.

• I went to Bluegate Car Showroom today to buy a Bmw, when i got their i was amazed with the amount of cars and customers they had. I told the fella that i was just browsing. I could not believe it within maybe 45 minutes they sold 8 cars in front of me,all the buyers had big smiles. Eventually i requested the key for Bmw 118, i sat in it and it was completeley immaculate, i took it for a long drive and loved it. I purchased it straight away. The two sons were good along with dad the boss. I would highly recommend Bluegate Cars, go there if you like something buy it, if not wait for another day because they do have a large volume of stock.

• I went to view a car which had passed an MOT done by their sister company 7 days prior. We found out on the test drive that the car had no brakes! Also, the engine was running very very poorly and probably would have cost a lot to fix. One tyre was totally flat. The amount of problems only 7 days after an MOT makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the MOT and Bluegate / their other companies.

• Mr.Danni the best car dealer in London, he has maybe 200 cars at a time, sells so many cars throughout the year, personally myself i was very happy with his service and the car he sold to me. I brought a Civic 2007 model, it is great and has been since i purchased it. I would definitely recommend him. After selling so many cars so what if there are little problems with 5 customers out of 1000. He has a choice of good cars. Keep up the good work Dan.

• I purchased a Vw Golf from Danny of Bluegate cars ltd, a very good guy, with good cars, all with relevant paper works, good people to deal with, they have a massive site with plenty of cars to choose from, i will definitely recommend them. He gave me his words which were true. Thanks Dan.

• I bought this car from bluegate cars and i regret the day i bought it from them. After a week itself i realised there is nothing right with the car, the battery, the boot door, the wipers, the radio and god knows what else. Mr danny just knows how to talk. he gave me empty promises to fix it on several occasions but ditched me every time. he would never call back after promising. He would say he will pick up the car for repair but wouldnt on a set day, would give the car back to me on a set day. god knows how there business is running. really stuck and dont know how to make them fix my car. i wont recommend them at all.

• I bought a car from Bluegate cars for £1700. Three weeks later, I took it to be checked and I was told that the engine was defective and it would cost more than the value of the car to fix it. I also paid £100 for a warranty, but the warranty company said the information had not been submitted to them. Mr Dani is refusing to give me my money back or accept the vehicle if I return it. I would not recommend buying a car from Bluegate cars.

• Mr Danny, the face of Bluegate Cars, sold me a car with a broken CD player even though he assured me it worked. He also sold me a 6month warranty for £500 which was completely unnecessary (my error admittedly for being so stupid). When I tried to cancel the warranty I was unable to do so (had no legal right according to citizen advice)and after much wrangling Bluegate agreed to cancel the warranty in return for £250! I would never recommend buying a car from Bluegate Cars.
