• Wednesday, 13th August, 2014. Called in just on spec today to see whether their mid-week fayre came up to their Sunday lunch time treats! Shouldn't have worried at all as it was STUNNING! My dear wife tried the lasagne whilst I had the Gammon steak. Gorgeous meals, simply gorgeous followed by ever so tasty desserts of Chocolate Fudge cake and lemon cheesecake. Both delicious too may I add. Two great meals at very reasonable prices which makes such a nice change when you feel that you haven't been ripped off! Almost certain to return soon to sample more of their delights. Ten out of ten and no mistake.

• Went there today, Sunday, 27th April, 2014 for Sunday lunch and my wife and I were completely blown away by the fantastic meals we both had! Delicious soup for starters followed by their Carvery which it has to be said, was FANTASTIC! Gorgeous choice of meats, all cooked to perfection, accompanied by superbly cooked vegetables. Some peoples plates seemed higher than they were but each to their own I suppose! Delicious chocolate fudge cake and ice cream to finish. All washed down with a nice pint of John Smiths (and a coke for the missus). Stunning, absolutely stunning. Great staff to make all things go smoothly and a genuine willingness to make sure that you've had a fantastic experience. Ten out of ten and no mistake. Sure to become one of our favourite haunts from now on. Thanks to one and all for making our visit so memorable, especially the lovely Manageress who couldn't do enough for us. A huge thank you to one and all.
