• Paid £18000 for car. Told me because i had a private reg the mot would be sent out to me. Found gov site to check mot only to find out it had failed and they done the the bare min to get it through. Now have a car with advisory on front brake discs front bearings rear brake disks and pads. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this dealer.

• bought a 4X4 from this lot warranty was not worth the paper its written on ?? dont touch this lot if you shake hands with Mark count your fingers after it

• Took a £500 deposit then sold the van and won't refund the deposit. Thiefs

• Bought a black 55 plate mini one in 2011, had great service Mark went the extra mile getting my finance sorted as I was only 19 and didn't have much of a credit history.They gave me a YEARS warranty with a really good local bmw specialist, Stu at m3 motor co.Overall good service would recommend to friends and family.

• Terrible service, Staff totally rude and not interested in actually selling cars, suspect respraying on a few of cars on display. They don't return telephone calls or emails and they think because they sponsor a football stadium they are something special
