• The man behind the counter is appallingly rude with a surly manner and really bad attitude - the current interior of the shop is shabby, dirty and very unwelcoming. I no longer use the place - its worth the travel to Brimington or Arkwright - rather than be insulted by that man again.

• Went in recently for first time in 8 years after a previous attitude issue with postmaster. He tried to charge me £8.00 for a £3.80 parcel because he didnt know the new postal charges (6 weeks after introduced). Was rude, arrogant and offered no apology when shown the correct fee in the Royal mail leaflet. Said "It don't bother me". Its about time this village had a post office that local people dont feel reluctant to go into. I would rather go to Brimington or hasland than the 100 yards to this post office.
