• I bought my first car from this dealership. When going to view the car, the battery light was on.. however everything else seemed fine. As part of the agreement of purchase, the battery light issue would be resolved. When returning to buy the car, I was given the information that the car had a new alternator put on, which resolved the battery light problem. The car was fine for about a month, however after this the battery light kept coming back on and going off at random intervals. After getting outside opinion, that the alternator was not charging the battery efficiently, I was advised to take the car back. I returned to the garage to find out what the issue was to be told that the warranty details for the alternator could not be found at that moment and they would have to go through their records. The on site mechanic tried to convince me that it was faulty wires and he drove my car (without me) to a 'nearby garage' where he supposedly sorted the wire issue out. When he returned the car, the light was off and they assured me that it would be fine from now on as all faults were put right. Turns out that the very persuasive and reassuring dealers, were just in fact turning the light off without fixing it at all. So driving home by myself, in the dark, when my car starts to shut down because none of the problems were resolved by these people was not a pleasurable experience. I would never advise anyone to buy a car from these con men.
