• 4.5m Warwick to Kenilworth £15! I phoned the office and was told it's a set fair to Kenilworth of £14 but there's a £1bank holiday surcharge.

• Overcharged by double for the same journey i made earlier on. Driver refused to show me the meter and demanded payment. I phoned the operator to complain, in a pleasant way. He called me a "t*at" for paying and then hung up. I called again for the manager's details but he refused to give them to me and kept hanging up. Ive complained to the Council now. Absolutely shocking!

• we called castle cars after we spent the day at warwick casle the journey to our hotel took roughfuly about 5 minuter and they wanted to charge us 10 pound needless to say we were disgusted by this we wont be using them again be warned
