• This venue is a disgrace. I have never recieved such poor service. I visited the Cavendish on Easter Bank Holiday Monday 2013. The service was appauling. One young lady to serve at the bar, take food orders & clear the tables. The kitchen was next to useless. After waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes, I was told a further wait of 15 minutes was expected. I cancelled my two courses & purchased our lunch elsewhere. This venue does deserve the title of the Cavendish as it has proved it has nothing to be proud of. An absolute disgrace to the Cavendish family name!
