• I ordered my pizza at 5:30 and at 7:07 I am still sat here waiting for it because someone who took my order was not only rude and spoke to me like I was thick but also can't even get an address right, how do people like this get jobs? It's not that hard to take an order! I for one will never ever be going back here, the pizzas are the nicest ones about but because of how disgusting the service is they have lost a very loyal customer.

• CHATTANOOGA IN WHITEHAVEN IS A DISGRACE As you all know me and my family have been doing bingo's for hospice at home in memory of my wonderful granda, On the 21st of oct my mother in law from workington won a voucher for 2 large pizzas from chattanooga ( 5 duke st whitehaven) as she was coming to my house this evening she decided to get the pizza's for us all to share for tea, So i phoned and tried to explain the voucher she had won so she could pick them up on her way to mine, It did'nt go well first of all i was told the voucher did'nt exsist so i phoned my mother in law to make sure i'd got the correct spot and it was, So i phoned again and spoke to tom the owner he said yeah i remember now but it was a long time ago you only have 10 days to use it, so you can maybe have 1 pizza ( 10 days is a joke anyway everyone else who gave us vouchers say 3 month and there was no date to be used on the voucher), i said it was only 8 days ago she won the voucher he said no no too long i explained she was from workington but he could'nt have cared less NO NO he said i MAYBE give you 1 pizza, As people who know me will know i was not impressed and explained it was totally out of order to hand over a prize and not to honor it and as it was on behalf of hospice at home i told him i thought it was appauling and i am going to whitehaven news ( which i am in the morning ) to which he just told me to shut up and put the phone down on me, We have raised over £5000 for hospice at home and we have worked so hard to put good bingo's on so this has really sickened me, please can you copy this and send it to as many people as you can lets get tom and chattanooga all over facebook for the wrong reasons i'm sure alot of people know the good work that hospice at home do for alot of people who suffer and there suffering familys he needs to know that this behaviour is a disgrace...... —

• Would not recommend told food would be 30minutes took over an hour. Food stone cold and awful will never be going back
