• Highly unreliable and not trustworthy. Left us waiting at an airport. He spoke with a slur as he booked our journey and sounded like he had been drinking, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He lied that we hadn't called to book and so didn't pick us up at the airport when the day came. It was a highly stressful end to the holiday which was absolutely unnecessary if he had any care for his business and the people that pay him.
