• Always helpful and polite this is a shop where the owners know the meaning of customer service - they always go the extra mile. Brilliant go out of my way to shop here.

• Female owner is the rudest and most obnoxious person, because of the way she shouts at customers and glares, I will not set foot in this place again. Lost a loyal customer you rude woman.

• bril shop, very helpful staff, the owners are so friendly i go all the way from Preston because i know i can get anything i want, plus advice when needed which you will never get in most craft shops
