Our business had a very bad experience with Cox Jerome, prices just kept going up and up over time. Changed back to my original accountant after 3 years, his fees were exactly half!!!
Cox Jerome accountants in Walsall managed our business accounts for over 10 years, as time went by the level of service we experienced dropped yet the fees just kept going up and up.
As the standing of Cox Jermome grew our requirements seemed not to matter as they quite clearly targetted bigger firms paying bigger fees.
The 11 year relationship came to a head when we received an invoice for a 15 minute telephone conversation for £120 + vat.......be warned!!! Rating history and distribution
