• Arranged for an estimate, did not show up first time, no communication. Finally settled on the work with a precise date and time. Did now show up, no communication. Phoned him and got excuses like “been away”, “job not on the scheduling system” (scheduling system ? Er, like a pen and diary). Promised to phone me back and failed to. CHRONICALLY UNRELIABLE.
