• I been in the motor trade for 21 years and recommended dash cars to a friend as he was local to Loughborough and a friend told me of the reputation of the garage he had a great rapport& brought the car he was exceptionally pleased with the service he received

• Do Not Trust! Went for an MOT: Suspicious works needed, wobbly wing mirror, stolen keyring, and manager who doesn’t want to speak to me. I took my car in for an MOT expecting maybe a few things to go wrong. Ended up costing me around £400 to replace the ‘rubber bush’ on my rear suspension and two front tyres (cheap tyres). To be fair, I only made a quick check on the tyres myself, but apparently there were threads showing (must have been on the inside…) being a trusting person I took their word on it. But that was just the start of my problems. On driving away, I quickly realised my wing mirror was wobbling in the wind, having been taken off and not put back correctly, and to top it off, they stole my favourite keyring! Sorry, that is to say my keyring mysteriously went ‘missing’, but it wasn’t the boring one with my name on it, oh no, it was my awesome head-with-three-faces keyring which my girlfriend bought for me. I know, it seems trivial, and I realised I would probably never see it again regardless, but I still wanted to chase them up a bit in case they just ‘happened to find it’. After chasing them up a few times, I asked to speak to the manager, but he was unavailable. After several more attempts and being promised many calls back (that never happened) I gave up. Based on my experience it seems clear the management here either don’t care, wasn’t informed, or doesn’t have the control over their staff to ensure good, fair and honest work. Use with great caution.

• good salesman ,not pushy, brill service all round and very happy with car and price would recommend to our friends and when we require another car we will defo revisit dash cars EXCELLENT!!!

• DO NOT deal with this company. When customers push for their rights he becomes a horrible little man. However, justice always prevails and thats what eventually happened. Word of mouth is always more powerfull than advertising.

• Bought a car from them a year ago, and took an extended warrenty with them. They've been great since, especially when a few parts broke. It was an old car (S Reg), so these things happened. I had a little trouble with the warrenty company, but the owner of Dash Cars got it all sorted out for me, and everything worked out. They've checked my car for no charge when I thought I had brake problems. Their extended warrenty is definately worth the money if you are buying an older car; £129 and I had £300+ parts replaced for no extra cost.

Every so often we deal with a customer whom we cannot do enough for, although we make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Dash Cars Ltd has an incredibly good rate of repeat custom, therefore, we feel that we must be doing something right.

• Bought a car recently from Dash cars Loughborough. Head gasket and gearbox oil leaks within 3wks of purchase even though they put a fresh MOT on it. Refusal to help with the cost of repair. smile to your face laugh behind your back.
