• This company is a disgrace. Their drivers think it's acceptable to park blocking somebody's driveway every day while dropping off a passenger who lives in a different street half a mile away. When you complain, the manager says he has no control over the drivers as they can do whatever they like and advises you to call the police. Have any of them actually passed a driving test?

• Poor poor service. Booked a taxi for a lone lady online, booking not picked up although confirmed. Left lady standing outside by herself for 30 mins as 30 mins late. Totally unacceptable. Will not use dean taxis again.

• Some of the drivers are rip off, a usual fare of £7 of the same route some drivers will charge double £14. I will now avoid using them ever again.
