This company is an absolute joke. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.
We had problem after problem. One example is when our boiler broke mid winter. I phoned the manager asking him to send someone round to fix it, he said they wouldn't let them in even though they have keys and have done it before, so we would have to be there even though we work full time. He said "if we want hot water and heating we had to be home, otherwise it's our problem". My phone then cut out due to signal, so my housemate phoned. He hung up repeatedly on her and refused to talk to her until I phoned up and apologised for "hanging up". An example of some of the childish behavour we had to deal with.
We also had problem with bed bugs, rats, mould, damp, and all these problems got resolved within a few days but it was an absolute battle to get them to take it seriously. They have zero customer service and would never return our phonecalls unless they wanted something from us.
If anything broke, they sent someone completely unqualified and unregistered, which is breaking the law.
