• Sooo the place has been done up, looks impressive...shame about the food. A party of 6 and not one of us didn't have a problem with one course or another. I'm more than happy to pay good money for decent food. NOT for inedible concoctions. Roast lamb was virtually raw. I know pink is the way to cook it but....yuck this was abominable. Scandalous price for over rated food. Don't go there is my advice and that of all my party. You have been warned!

• I can only concur with the previous reviewers! Unfortunately the food and service is abysmal,and we will NOT be reccommending this establishment to anyone.

• i was really looking forward to visiting the newly refurbished dog and gun pub, but was extremely dissapionted with it, the food was well presented but our roast dinner had seen better days, stale and over cooked, not worth the money. children were running wild in the resturant it was more like mac donalds then a nice sunday pub for lunch, staff were very rude, made us feel uncomfortable and rushed as they wanted to go home. the decor is fantastic and it looks amazing but looks are diseving. i would NOT visit again or recommend to anyone. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

• My husband and I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and although the dinner was nicely presented our experience was not good. Unfortunately, we were seated at the far end of the restaurant near a noisy swing door which became more annoying as our meal progressed.
