• I used dot2dot for a friend who was staying at Travelodge in Windsor to get her and her son to our wedding. The driver was pulled over on the way (2 mile journey) for dangerous driving having mounted the kerb whilst driving at speed trying to set his satnav. Thinking it was a one off we used them to get my friend back to the hotel at midnight. The driver didn't know where the Travelodge was, and eventually abandoned my friend (a female with an autistic child) at the wrong end of the Alma Road car park, and when she said she didn't know Windsor or how to get to the hotel he said "me neither love" before driving off and leaving her to walk across a dark empty car park with her son and no idea where she was going. Terrible terrible company - will be writing to the borough council as I have no idea how these clowns got licensed to carry passengers.
