• Service was very good but the food was extremely disappointing. Perhaps fresh stocks were not received over the Xmas period if so then certain items shouldn't have been sold. Everything we ordered that contained bean sprouts was rancid but everything else's was actually really nice. But unfortunately we will not be ordering from here again. Even the free prawn crackers and fortune cookies were not enough to make up for the bean sprouts. Very disappointed.

• I find it very strange that the last reviews said that the staff was friendly as I found the opposite. I recently moved to Torquay and have been trying various Chinese takeaways to find the best. We had this menu posted through the door so I thought we would give this one a go. The person on the phone was extremely rude and I felt as if she did not know what she was doing, she was hurrying us up and I even had to ask her if she wanted my address! I actually was tempted to hang up on her. The delivery driver did not seem so bad however it did seem like he also had much to learn when it comes to customer service.. a few pleases and thank you's go a long way! However, the food was brilliant and exactly to my taste ( The best I've had in Torquay so far!! ) I got exactly what I asked for which most takeaways find hard to do and we even got some cute little fortune cookies and free prawn crackers as the the order was over £15. The food definitely saved them, and I feel that I have to mark them down 2 stars for the customer serivice as It made me feel nervous about what I was spending my money on and I have never had the urge to hang up on someone like that.
