• My inlaws booked a table for 8.15pm for 8 of us for my daughters 24th birthday. A young girl eventually came to take a drinks order. She stood at the end of the table so we all had to shout down what we wanted. It was 9.20 by the time the food came. My daughter ordered the Linguine which came comprising of a bowl of plain pasta, a couple of chunks of brocoli, a few chunks of pepper and a sprinkling of cheese on the top. No sauce or dressing just plain pasta. Hence to say she couldn't eat it. Two of us had the steak at a whopping £16 each. When it came the steak was tiny and no salad as it stated in the menu. We were not given any steak knives either. No one came to take another drinks order so we had to wave someone down. A lady with short hair came and kept clearing the table the second we finished eating. We were not asked if we'd like dessert menus and the lay looked shocked when we asked for them. She brought them out then 10 minutes later we see her with her coat on going home. My mother in law went up to the bar and asked the young lad behind the bar if we could order desserts and he said sorry the kitchen closes at 10pm. You literally get better food and service in Whetherspoons. Never again!!!

• Well just got home from having a meal out with my other half, we ordered steak and chips, and adult Sunday lunch . Meals came if that's what you call them , steak we'll over done which I asked for medium done, had 16 chips and 3 of them you couldn't eat due to them being well over done. Sunday dinner was also well over done lacked Beef and Yorkshire ,Roast potatoes were also burnt and not eatable. Both Meal were child sizes not impressed for the price ,they were that bad we had to go Chinese across the road as we were still Hungary . On a good point the Bar Staff were good.

• Happy new year to ChristIan Roisin and staff we really enjoyed our new years eve 2013 the entertainment was good and the hot and cold buffet was fantastic including all those wonderful desserts.Thank you once again.
