• The post office counter customer service is appalling .Unwilling to provide a bit of sticky tape to make a parcel smaller and cheaper to send. Would rather you buy tape from the shop or go home and add sticky tape. I ended up spending more buying tape and parcel insurance than sending at the larger size parcel price.It's like being served by Arkwright from Open All Hours!
