• Every time I have hired a car/van from exchange hexthorpe they have provided excellent service also new 15 plate vehicles which they are very clean and tidy at very affordable prices I have always been very happy with exchange hire I do not use any other car hire company I wud just like to say a big thank u to Barry the owner for his service and I'm going to give him 5 stars I will be using them always

• Worse customer service experience ever experienced, guy on the phone was rude and thought he could get away with trying to talk to me like a child. Took my business to Doncaster Van Rental who were far nicer and much more professional. Avoid using this company at all costs.

• Really surprised to see adverse comments here. I have used Exchange for over 15 years whenever I return to Doncaster and I have always found them to be a very organised efficient and fair. The cars I have had are always what they say they are-not fancy but clean and well priced. I'm sure, given the volume of transactions, there are bound to be some dissatisfied customers-that's true of any business I guess- but based on my experience of 10 plus hires over the years, I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to friends and family.

• i rented a van to move home never again i was accused of scratching their van and never got my deposit back and i am not the only one dont take my word for it research them not what you need at this stressful time look elsewhere
