• Aftersales service very poor. I had to tell them how to fix fault after googling the problem, Firsway service were clueless. Subsequent fault left them equally baffled and very unenthusiastic to help. They are evasive when I try to engage them and do not offer the courtesy of returning any calls. Vehicle left in an unsatisfactory condition and Firsway not bothered, only interested at point of sale. AVOID.
