• RANG UP TO BOOK A TABLE FOR 8 FOR A 60TH BIRTHDAY WAS TOLD OH NOT YOU CANT BOOK TABLES ASKED IF IT WAS BUSY TOLD OH I DONT KNOW, SO AVOID TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE

• I had main meal paella tasted very nice , however portion size way to small this was not a light bite meal or 2 for £10 I am not a big eater either . The custard was put on my plate in a tiny milk jug !! The ones you are given milk in when having a cup of tea. So not good value for money. Food tasted good and staff friendly

• We often visit for lunch and are usually well served with good food. We visited last weekend and were very disappointed in the service and the food was not as expected. We wer given a leaflet to leave feedback and be eligible for a free meal + a chance to win the daily draw, but tried to visit the web site with no success in fact it wasn't even listed.

• Absolutely disgusting meal!! We eat out quite regularly but have never been so disappointed. The meal should have been served with vegetables but came with carrot (resembling pieces of sponge which could not be eaten) and brocolli which was so undercooked it was impossible to saw through (we are usually fond of firm veg but this was raw). The mash and meat was swimming in grease that was supposed to be gravy and tasted absolutely terrible. When asked if we enjoyed the meal, we were told that they didn't prepare the carrots, they came and were warmed with the meat (must be microwave dinners then!!). We waited 15 mins for a waitress to return who proceeded to tell us they would only charge us for one meal instead of 2, offered little apology and left us with a voucher on the reverse of the receipt giving us £5 off our next meal. Needless to say, we left them with the voucher, but they left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths and a promise never to return there again!
