• We took our family car to gkc twice, on the first occasion they had to take it to the dealer, due to the battery being out too long. cost us as additional £600 for a new computer(gkc contributed £100). Gave them a 2nd chance (and agreed/joked that if it goes to the dealer they will cover the cost), but after the 2nd dealer visit they still had the cheek to charge us £79, going against their agreement. We were stupid giving them a 2nd chance, so feel like i should share with this review
