• My meal out of five was very poor but instead of apologising he accused me of lying and I did without a meal. Had rind my wife on her birthday to ask if we could be there asap and from walking in it was obvious we were an inconvenience. Except for Landlord could have been a good night but he does not like people. My wife was supposed to get Christmas menu for craft group but decided it would have to be elsewhere. They had problems there last December.

• Landlord has badge on his waistcoat saying "Landlord from Hell" which describes him fully and our experience with him. Bad mannered, stares at customers and let's you know he wants you out early so he can close at about 9.30,

• Fab place to visit!! We now go each month and love the place! The staff are amazing an welcome us every time! Go and try it!!!!

• From a very disgruntled party of 6, Before i start the food was excellent, But we booked a table for 6.45pm and arrived just before 6.30pm we sat and sat waiting for a starter then our main meal did not arrive untill 9 pm, Our g/daughter was falling asleep, If you are prepared to wait go the food is good but the wait it is not for us
