• I cashed deposited money yesterday before 2 due to the long queue, expecting my money to appear in my account by the end of the working day. Instead, I was chasing the money the next day. At 4 I called Halifax customer services who had no idea where the money was. When I tried to call the branch, they were not picking up the phone. 0 stars! 2 days and no sight of my money!

• Staff at Sidcup are the worst I have ever come across. You can't talk to someone at 1 counter without the one at the next counter interfering, when the conversation has nothing to do with her. And don't bother complaining as they all stick together. They ask for a rating at the bottom of this page, mine is 0.Not the 1 star as shown below as there is no 0
