After waiting 2 1/2 hours for food promised within 40mins, that never came and repeatedly calling to find out what was happening, only to be told repeatedly it was on its way (1 hour, 1 hour 40mins, 2 hours, 2 hours 30mins), we finally cancelled our order. Two hungry children and one celebration ruined. We were offered a discount on our next order, but never offered food, never given a realistic time frame and never contacted with an update. So there will be no next order. Had they told us the issues we would have gone elsewhere to begin with and not born any grudges. We don't get take aways very often, and this one left a nasty taste in our mouthes, even though it never arrived!Rating history and distribution
