• Supplied with 2 keys but only 1 worked. When I questioned this I was told tough I was only entitled to 1 key and if I wanted to I could take them to court but I'd loose as they'd already been taken to court for exactly the same reason before. Now I have to pay £50.00 to have the 2nd key programmed. I assumed that if they gave me 2 keys they would both work. After sales does not exist. The car also had a knock after 1 week, after saying they would sort it out they offered to pay £100 for the parts only and wanted me to pay over £300.00 labour. I shopped around and found that the main dealer would complete the same job for £213.00 parts and labour. After numerous phone calls they agreed to pay £150.00 but insisted that it was a gesture of goodwill and that it was a used car what did I expect!!!! Never buy another car from them.. now heard of other people treated the same. Poor reputation locally!!
