• Harratts Nissan NEVER AGAIN Paid £5000 for a 407 and also paid extra for a warranty plus £130 for paint work sorting out. Picked the car up on date specified the paint work hadn't been done the car pulled to the left and aircon didn't work. Went back to be told the warranty doesn't cover aircon and i would have to pay for it as they were not. I was also told that the checks they do before you drive the car away does not include aircon my reply was well what about the car pulling to the left. Still one month down the road paint work still hasn't been done that I have paid for. Car still pulls to left which is dangerous and they are not prepared to do anything about the aircon is broken which i have to pay for myself. This company have taken my 5000 and run its disgusting i recommend people to stay well clear i will never go near this company ever again or recommend them to anyone. Please be warned take your hard earned money else where.
