• Terrible awful service and atititude from stff...it feels like customers are a nuisance!!!I will never ever step foot in the place again.

• I went in the Hill Tavern on 6th May we had been for a long walk around Clent and I needed the toilet so headed straight for them as the bar was busy. I had almost reached the toilet door when a barmaid bellowed at me do you intend to buy a drink I replied yes in a minute as everyone stood and stared at me. She said no you can buy a drink first and then use the toilet. I asked where the public toilets were then and she said they are closed if you need the toilet you have to buy I drink. I walked out, I was absolutely disgusted by this persons attitude and I was completely humiliated - it ruined my day. How someone like that has a job in this climate is beyond me. I would never step foot in that pub again!
