• Have been going to this hair dressers for a while..but will never go again,had the worst experience ever,my hair was totally messed up,even the best stylist couldn't fix it,and I now have to walk around looking stupid,the girl didn't even appolagise,she cut a massive chunk out of it,I've been trying to grow my hair for years,and now iam looking like a male,my hair was shoulder length,it had whiskey bits in the back,she showed me how it could be tidied,and what shape it could go into,then cut it completely wrong,she should never be left with a pair of scissors in her hand,she hardly communicated at all when cutting my hair,felt completely uncomfortable through out the whole session,I felt the digging of the scissors in my neck,it felt like she was going to cut me,no way will she ever make a good hairdresser,she has no feelings for her customers,and is to busy watching every thing else around her.ive asked to speak to the manager and she wasn't there,and was told I could phone her,they were all completely useless no compassion what so ever,and I was still made to pay..she needs sacking,the worst hairdresser I have ever come across..her name is charley ..ps I don't even give this one star rating,had to submit review,and wouldn't let me otherwise..Keith graham will loose their reputation if they continue to keep this girl,another business going to the pan,because they have not accessed this persons skills,which she has none..
