"We are a non-profit making Company widely renowned for offering a professional, impartial and unrivalled Family Mediation service to both private and legally funded clients in 13 accessible venues. We are the only 'not for profit' family mediation service provider in Kent. We hold a LSC contract which means we can offer legal aid to clients who are eligible for funding; 80% of our clients will get legal aid. We offer low cost fees or a fixed fee package which includes legal assistance for clients not eligible for legal aid. Our mediators are LSC accredited; Legal Service Accredited Mediators are the only Mediators holding a recognised qualification to practice We can assist with property, financial or child related issues arising from divorce, separation or dissolution of a civil partnership, prenuptial & precohabitation agreements Venues: Ashford Bromley Canterbury Chatham Dartford Dover Gillingham Gravesend Maidstone Margate Sevenoaks Sittingbourne Tunbridge "
