• Husband and son went to day has been revamped and looking good thought he would get a comfy seat and although it closes at ten they were basically told where to sit, not on the comfy area but, by the door so when it opens your frozen, no music no atmosphere

• Went to the Dunfermline kfc on Saturday when we got home with our meal they had given us beans instead of gravy as our side and did not put in tne @ wraps we paid for

• so bad i drive the extra miles to go to the Kirkcaldy outlet every time i give it another go, its the same story - give it a miss.

• Went today, asked for a family box came home and no dips. Called to complain and was advised that they will check first to see if there should be dips included- nice to know that they are aware of what should be on the menu. Was advised that the staff do not include dips unless they were asked by the customer - nice to know that the have process control, however he did try to assure me by laying out the party line of 'this will be addressed in training'...Not impressed no apology

• All the staff at KFC in Dunfermline need more training on customer service and stock control, on more than one occasion we have ordered a FAMILY BUCKET and had to wait more than ten minutes cause they had RAN OUT or they could offer something different to make up the bucket, the times have always been around 5.00ish just a small tip people will stop by just because its home time for workers your manager is not very good at time and motion if you know its going to be busy around this time keep frying.
