• The only good thing to say about this particular KFC is it couldn't possibly get any worse. I've never encountered such a filthy eatery, or incompetent staff. Bring in the health inspectors.

• Girl serving pleasant and seemed to be doing all the work. Others (all males) seemed happy to stand round, leave bins full, rubbish on tables etc & not wipe when cleared. Does not encourage repeat business and suggests management tune-up needed! Had coffee & ice creams which were fine - didn't try hot food.

• Go elsewhere don't use this place. Worst rudest slowest staff ever and even missed half of my order off. Can't even complain as the phone is engaged constantly or switched off. Not happy

• i recently bought a boneless banquet and the chicken was under cooked and I got ill by it so I would advise you not to go to the KFC

• Awful kfc. The food is often undercooked, parts of order missing. They allow you to order and pay THEN tell you they don't have items with awful attitude. We and everyone I know go through to Lancaster kfc instead as it's friendlier, has better service and cleaner

• Absolutely terrible worst KFC iv been to never get orders correct get home always something missing. Staff couldn't careless attitude.

• Got to be the worst KFC I've ever been in the service is poor the members for staff are disorganised and as for the chicken burger i just got its now in the bin thought i was eating overcooked peace of pork

• Big queue when I arrived when I was finally served they had run out of chicken & there was a 20 minute wait!

• Been into kfc recently since it had a facelift very modern very clean and the staff seem happy and very helpful still had a little wait but the staff were very apologetic which made my experiance more positive would definatly go back

• having gone to kfc in morecambe i found it dirty no plates or salt given a bag to eat of had to ask for the table cleaned whitch they did but didnt bother with the rubish under table not nice sent them 2 emails of complaint which they coulnt be bothered to answer will avoid like the plauge
