• Worst kfc ever been too.always takes about half hour whether in drive thru or at till and food always wrong and never have anything in stock.also really filthy.

• Food ok and that's all that was good. The restaurant was filthy, no tables cleared and food all over the floors being trod one. Disgusting,staff didn't care ,they weren't busy, just lazy and useless, won't come back to this or any otheR kfc where was the manager

• Everything was all going so well until on my return to work with my 'trilogy box meal' I was shocked and disappointed when to find that my popcorn chicken was missing - this made me feel personally betrayed by the Colonel. After moaning about this to my work colleagues i think noticed, that to my horror I had been given chicken on the bone rather than the stated chicken strips. I wish this was where it all ended - but sadly it is not. Upon biting into my burger I realised that it WAS NOT a Zinger. I feel distraught and above all cheated. This has undoubtedly ruined Christmas.

• I went around the drive thru last night. 18/08/2014 and the young man sat at the first window was so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble when I was being fussy. he went and made sure that the whole order was correct beceause they get it wrong so many times. The service at the next window wasn't as good. And the staff all seemed unhappy execpt the boy that handed me my food he managed to smile. Also the chips were really cold and soggy.

• The worst service I have ever received by any chain of fast food stores ! It seems they didn't even try to get your order correct and when you ask for what you paid for your made to seem awkward . Really really bad !

• My daughter found a pubic hair under the batter of her chicken. When i confronted lisa, a member of kfc she laughed in my face and said it was hers. I was disgusted by what my family and i had experienced. Kfc digby shouldbe shut down due to health reasons. My family and i will never be coming back nor will we be recommending it. I will be sure to tell others about my experience here at kfc digby.

• Very dissapointed,with the service again,this is the third time,that were short again,went thru drive thru tonite,and were short of a fruit shoot,and 2 times corn of the cob... i did say to the young man,make sure it is all there,he said yes all there....so Not happy.....we spend around 60 pounds a week there....and worst of all..they dont answer there phone at night...so i think it may be time to change to mc donalds.....lol

• Just has to be the worst restaurant ever, cold greasy food dirty untidy and staff so miserableits got to be seen to be believed. This has got to be the nearest thing to hell on earth please avoid at all costs just needs to be shut down

• we went up here tonight at 9pm 12/11/12 and it was shut when clearly on the doors said open till 10pm!!

• Very disappointed with the new refurnished KFC it was disgusting the toliets were disgustings and the restuarant food all over the food not one table wiped some not cleaned and hardly anyone in there staff not even bothering or worried ablut clearing any tables i wont be recommending it to anyone
