• popped in to Stafford branch food took over twenty minutes to be dished up staff looked pretty dirty and just seemed to be chatting to themselves and laughing .when food did arrive it was luke warm not good in all honesty

• usually good nosh but last time i went on a friday there was no chicken, wasnt very impressed at all and offered nothing in return for travelling in my car down to you, what a waste of my time, thanks kfc for not providing me with chicken

• Went to kfc Stafford last night in drive through. As I looked in the serving window I could not believe the state of the place. There was food all over the floor and sides and the staffs uniforms were absolutely filthy. What a real put off, how they get away with it is beyond me, hopefully they are getting a visit from the health inspector very shortly. Wont be going again unless I need some where to feed my pigs.

• Food very poor, when I got home to enjoy my food. I was very disappointed the chips were dead, dry, burnt and the gravy tube was not even half way full never mind full. What makes me angry is some member of staff has seen the quality of the food and served it! My advice is to check your food before leaving!!

• Called in for a drive thru meal after driving back from Oxford. Got home only to find they had not put in the complete meal. NO fillet burger only chips. No number to contact them on and too far and too tired to go back. VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED
