• I feel I have to comment here. I hasten to add I am most definitely not 'the type' to do so on internet review sites as they are,in my opinion by and large,a playpen for angry idiots and less successful companies. However,in this case,I think I will make an exception. We have used Innovations for various works over the last 20 years,ranging from a quite modest kitchen redesign/replacement to a comprehensive and project-managed 3rd floor addition/loft conversion. All jobs were completed within the agreed time limits and came in on budget. I found Gary (and Craig) to be attentive and courteous,always at the end of the phone for us if we had a query. The finished product has always been beyond expectation in quality and design. There really is no other company who can deliver this complete package in the area,as is borne out by our continued use of them over so many years. I hope this goes some way to redress the balance and in the interest of being the opposite of the other 'anonymous' reviews, I am happy to be contacted via email if anyone wants further information,please speak to the site manager to arrange this.
