• Kept informed of the work they were doing and very happy with the results. Staff were informative and I would recommend this place.

• Should be re-named "slow-as-treacle fit". 5 or 6 bays in the building, ONE car on the ramps, all other bays empty, yet told there was a half-hour wait to just have tyres checked on company car! Hate to imagine how long the wait would be if they were busy. Pity I can't give a zero star rating....

• Hahad a fantastic experience in motherwell the other week relating to some mot work i needed done. Tester was very fair, and supervisor was very pleasent and made things extremely understandable for me prior to work. Also the head tyre fitter #jollyfellow reminded me of peter from family guy which was entertaining as i waited on car. Would recommend to anyone with automotive problems. Probs best in scotland tbh!!

• Had an issue at first but the manager and area manager were good. I the quality of Kwik Fit might be branch specific but the manager in Motherwell is good.

• awful, do NOT go here, complete rip-offs for jobs not needing done in first place, and even then they mess the job up. Kwik-Fit are best avoided altogether. Don't even deserve one star
