• Never again ! Poor sevice cold food and expected to pay for a couple of friends that had to cancel - yet they whipped the end of our table away halfway through eating to accommodate other customers !

• Have been to Lailing 's many times and yet suprised every time by the quality of the food and their exceptional service, the restaurant offers one of the best quality Chinese buffet at a reasonable price with over 200 dishes to choose from there is always something for everyone even the fussiest eaters. I have been there with my partner many times and even taken my parties at this restaurant and was never let down, friendly staff and fantastic management. 100% recommend it to everybody and will go back there again.

• tonight i ordered take away. straight away i was told i couldnt have just one hors deuvres it had to be a minimum 2 orders, thats no good when me and my partner were going to share!! so scrapped that. i ordered crispy beef, it was hard and chewy, my partner had duck. at first he thought there was loads of it only to find out it was majority aload of yakky fat. egg fried rice!! it was boiled with some scrambled egg (very little) thrown in.when food came it was not hot, too pricey for what rubbish you get. never again and recommend people not to order. there has to be much better ones in the area!! 1 star rating and thats too much believe me!

• went to this restaurant for second time in a month,but once again service very slow,only the second time the food was not up to scratch,my chicken was still pink in the middle which when i asked about it they replied back,it goes like that,when taken out of freezer to cook.then ordered diet coke which comes from a cheap bottle of shops own brand to be charged £2.50 per glass,for my coke to be totally flat. when i went to say something the young girl behind the bar just said and what,but before i could answer the man behind bar apoligised & gave me another 1.Then at the end of our night i looked over the room to see all the staff just hovering (waiting for us to go)with one staff member sitting there with tissue up her nose sniffing menthol or summat (due to cold)plus only a couple of members of staff can talk & understand English,kept mixing up our meals.sorry but this is definatally a place i WON,T be going back to.

• Have been to this restaurant for last year and was impressed. However last time my order for home delivery was wrong. It was corrected at my request and I didn't make a fuss. I waited around a month before I ordered again only to be let down. Manager tried to make out I'd ordered white wine and due to communication difficulties staff thought I said medium white, when I asked for house red. I was not recompensated and told my red wine (which I originally ordered) was £1.50 more than the white wine they'd delivered and they'd waver the price! I pointed this out only to be told they sell the wine I was given for £16 not £8.80 I paid? So was it £1.50 or £7.20 they wavered? I shan't be using them again, as my food took 60 mins not 45 etc. it takes a lot for me to complain but after second time I was patronised when they cocked the order up, so I shan't recommend or use them again!
