• my wife is furious. We have ordered twice and received wrong main meal twice. When complaining the first time was told tough.. I was mistaken and the chef did send singaporre noodles with meat etc... not just plain soft noodles which I received. We decided to try them again a month later on Saturday night. Ordered via just eat and it took 1hour ten minutes to receive. The main meal ordered was sweet sour prawns with veg. we received sweet sour CHICKEN no veg. it was 11pm by the time we realised and after a busy day with my seriously father in law in hospital decided to call it a night and ring them the next day. The 'Manager' was again rude to my wife, and said was she sure etc etc. Had she checked the just eat order and hadn't made a mistake etc etc.. then said she would call back when she had checked just eat as obviously my wifes say so wasn't good enough. So when she had checked she called back and said she would speak to the chef and call us back... just received a call from her and they want to pick the meal up as they want to doublecheck it and IF it is chicken then they will compensate my next order.NEXT ORDER... that would be a push. Now they may have expected us not to have kept the meal but after the first order went wrong my wife actually kept it and if the surly manager at Little Lantern would care to send a driver she is more than welcome to pick up her congealed mess of sweet and sour chicken NO VEG. Basically as a customer I am not wanted and her business can survive without me .. so be it!
